Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

To create a subscription account you will just need to insert your email and create a password.

Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your BOMIMO account.

  1. Go to our account page. You can also access this page via the top navigation or hamburger menu on mobile
  2. Click on the black "create account" button
  3. Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
  4. Tick the box on the reCAPTCHA page to confirm you’re not a robot

You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription.

BOMIMO subscriptions allow you to:

  • Cancel when you want to after your first 2 ordersI with no fees required. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time after your first 2 orders. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
  • Edit your subscription anytime. You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive, and much more.

 
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
