How much is delivery?

UK Mainland 

The good news is, standard delivery is free for all orders over £30

If your order is under £30, a small delivery fee will be charged in line with our postage charges:

Highlands and Offshore UK

For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, our courier charges additional rates:

Rest of World

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 courier companies are adding a temporary surcharge onto shipments outside of the UK. Therefore, Rest of the World Shipments will be subject to a COVID Surcharge of £3.99 Per Kilo. Please contact us if you need more details.


We ship deliveries to Rest of World in different weight groups. You’ll be charged depending on the weight of your order and all orders will be tracked.

Import and custom duties

Please note: Some countries have import taxes, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. These countries are:

Bermuda, Brazil, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates.

If you are ordering from any of these countries, you might be charged import duties that will be payable by you. 

When will I receive my order?


Standard Delivery in the UK

All other items are ordered before 2pm Monday – Saturday can take between 2  to 4 working days.

Rest of the World Delivery - Non UK

All items ordered can take on average between 10  to 14 working days due to longer transit times and customs clearance.

Who will deliver my order?

For all orders we use a high service courier e,g, DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes (Corporate)  

I need help.

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your delivery. Don’t worry, contact within 7 days of the original delivery date and we’ll look into this for you.

If we are made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by BOMIMO
