The Vegan Vanilla MenoShake is a plant protein, high strength multi-vitamin & mineral shake. Enriched with 12 botanical ingredients and pre & probiotics to support gut health. HRT and Vegan Friendly, it is uniquely formulated to empower you to feel your best self in midlife.

At 60 calories per serving, and containing 9g of protein per scoop, this clean formulation can replace traditional multivitamins and tastes delicious. It supports effective digestion and thanks to its pre and pro-biotic ingredients which promotes satiety can contribute to weight loss. This makes it the ideal choice for assisting in restoring hormonal balance for women, as well as achieving menopause weight loss if desired.

Available in a 400g soft pouch containing 20 x 20g servings, it is ideally blended with 250-300ml of either water, dairy or plant-based milk for optimum taste and texture. It is best enjoyed once daily or at least five times a week for optimal results.
